Aurora Fulfillment Privacy Information
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This notice describes the Google account connection used by Aurora Fulfillment, the private order and shipping application operated by Aurora Antiqua. Contact: info@auroraantiqua.com.
Information accessed and its purpose
The application uses Google sign-in to verify the identity and email address of Aurora's connected billing account. It requests Gmail permission to send email so that authorised operators can submit approved shipping pre-alerts to DHL Express.
The application does not request Gmail permissions to read existing messages, search the mailbox, manage drafts or labels, or modify or delete existing messages.
Shipping messages
When an authorised shipping message is sent, the application sends its prepared content and attachments to Google for email delivery to DHL Express. Depending on the shipment, these can include the shipment reference, commercial and customer invoices, and export-licence documents. These documents originate in Aurora's order and shipping records rather than being read from the Gmail inbox.
Storage and providers
OAuth credentials are stored privately for the application's server connection. Cloudflare provides the application's hosting and private server-secret storage. Aurora's operational order and document records use its private Cloudflare and Neon storage. Credentials are not published in the dashboard or included in routine diagnostic output.
Google processes messages submitted for delivery, and DHL receives the approved pre-alert and its attachments. Their handling of delivered messages is separate from the application's storage. Aurora does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, profiling or training AI models. Access to Google user data is limited to the account-identity and approved email-delivery purposes described here.
Retention and control
The connection remains available while the operator authorises it. Revoking access stops the application from refreshing its Google access token. Credentials can then be removed from the application's private configuration. Removing the connection does not recall messages already delivered to Google or DHL and does not delete Aurora's separate shipment records.
The account owner can review or revoke access through Google account connections. Contact Aurora using the address above to request removal of the application's stored connection credentials.
Aurora Fulfillment's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
