Standard guarantee
Every piece is covered by Aurora's Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee, described in full on the Provenance and Authenticity page. The window below is separate, and covers ordinary buyer's remorse.
Return window
You have 30 days after receiving your piece to request a return. The piece must come back in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase. Pieces restored on commission after purchase are excluded, because the restoration permanently alters them. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the piece. Our 30-day return window does not replace this right. Return rates are low, and we want them to stay that way, so we encourage you to ask any question before you buy.
How returns work
- Email info@auroraantiqua.com within 30 days of delivery.
- We send you a tracked, insured return label. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost; we quote it before you commit.
- Once the piece is back and inspected, we refund the original payment method within 3 business days.
